▇ TTT® Process flow
Organic waste undergoes shredding and dewatering, followed by the addition of TTT® targeted enzymes. The material is then mixed and heated to activate enzymatic reactions, including decomposition, synthesis, transformation, and polymerization.
TTT® enzymes are specifically designed to target undesirable components in organic waste. During the process, most pathogens, insect eggs, and weed seeds are effectively inactivated, while preserving essential nutrients such as organic matter and nitrogen. The result is a stable, safe, and high-quality organic fertilizer, produced within just 3 hours.
